Maintenance

After use, allow the plates to cool down and easily remove them from the appliance. The plates are dishwasher-safe, but cleaning by hand with a soft sponge extends the lifespan of the ceramic non-stick coating. Use the included double-sided spatula to remove food residues and avoid abrasive sponges or harsh cleaning agents. Wipe the casing with a damp cloth.
