Dutch law states that you have the right to a 14-day inspection period. KookGigant extends this period for our customers to 30 days. We do this so that you can be sure that you feel good about the product.
1. Return of unused product within 30 days
1.1 Return conditions
If you want to return a product, you must meet a few conditions:
- The product must not be used. You may view and assess the product just as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used, we will refuse the return.
- The product is undamaged. The product is returned to us in its original condition. This condition also applies to any accessories

You start the returns process in our returns portal within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

- Enter your order number and email address via this link and start your return process;
- Send your return shipment to our returns address via your chosen return method;

We will ensure that the full purchase amount is in your account within 5-14 working days after receipt of the return shipment.

- The product may have been used and appears to be defective or does not meet expectations prior to purchase
- You contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase
