Contents of the knife set
Chef's knife (20cm) | Santoku (18cm) | Nakiri (18cm) | Bread knife (20cm) | Kiritsuke (20cm) | Utility knife (13cm) | Paring knife (9cm)
Maintenance tips and recommendations.
To keep your knife set in optimal condition, we recommend hand washing the knives with mild soap and warm water. As with any good knife set, you should avoid the dishwasher, as aggressive cleaning can quickly shorten the lifespan of your knives. After washing, make sure to dry the knives immediately and thoroughly to prevent stains.
Regular sharpening
Regularly use a sharpening stone or honing steel. This will effortlessly maintain the sharpness and precision of your knives, extend their lifespan, and allow you to continue enjoying an unparalleled cutting experience.
Storage
Properly storing your knife set in a knife block is essential not only for safety but also to extend the life of your knives. Storing them this way prevents damage to the cutting edges and ensures they are always within reach when you need them.
Correct cutting surface
Quality cutting boards are essential for keeping your knives sharp and extending their lifespan. They provide a soft, non-abrasive surface that prevents knives from dulling quickly and reduces impact on the blade during cutting. Using high-quality cutting boards is an investment in both the performance and durability of your knives.
