This exclusive stockpot was designed in collaboration with the renowned British architect and designer John Pawson and was specially developed to commemorate Demeyere's centenary. Thanks to its unique design and high-quality technologies, this stockpot is a real eye-catcher in any kitchen. With a capacity of 8.4 litres, the pot is ideal for preparing large quantities of soup, pasta, vegetables, potatoes, and stews.
The combination of an InductoSeal base with a copper core, the double-walled lid and the innovative cooking technologies ensures perfect heat distribution and energy-efficient cooking. This allows you to cook with less moisture, preserves flavours and vitamins better, and achieves optimal cooking results every time.
InductoSeal base with copper core
The Demeyere John Pawson 7 Stockpot 28 cm is equipped with a high-quality InductoSeal base with a copper core. Copper is known as one of the best heat conductors and ensures that heat is quickly and evenly distributed over the entire base. This allows the pot to respond accurately to temperature changes and gives you maximum control while cooking.
The hermetically sealed base prevents dirt or moisture from accumulating between the pot and the base. This not only makes the stockpot easy to maintain but also extra hygienic. Thanks to the exclusive TriplInduc technology, you also cook more efficiently, faster, and with more temperature control on induction hobs. This can save up to 30% energy compared to a standard induction pot.
Double-walled lid for energy-efficient cooking
The perfectly fitting double-walled stainless steel lid provides an extra insulating effect. This retains heat better, reduces valuable energy loss, and shortens cooking time. By cooking with a minimal amount of moisture, flavours, vitamins, and nutrients are optimally preserved.
High-quality 18/10 stainless steel with Silvinox
The stockpot is made of durable 18/10 stainless steel and finished with the exclusive Silvinox technology. This treatment prevents discolouration, maintains the silvery white sheen of the stainless steel, and ensures that the pot is easy to clean. This way, this stylish stockpot will remain a showpiece in your kitchen for years.
Why you choose this stockpot
