The Damast Pakka Wood Series - Nakiri knife from Shinrai Japan has a special pattern and, in combination with the pakka wooden handle, creates a knife that attracts all the attention. The blade is thinly forged from VG-10 steel. As a result, the knife is also light and remains pleasant to cut with, even for the cook with long days. This knife is suitable for cutting vegetables very small and for thinly peeling. The tip of the knife is slightly rounded so that you can quickly cut through your vegetables from an angle.
